Central Oregon Locavore is Bend’s only year-round indoor farmers market, providing access to fresh, locally grown food produced sustainably by local farmers and ranchers. We are the equivalent of a local food co-op, but a not for profit. More about our Programs

Yes, we accept EBT/SNAP benefits and offer an additional 5% discount on all food purchases for SNAP and OHP recipients. Marketplace
No, you do not have to be a member but if you are you receive discounts in the marketplace, access to member only monthly specials, member only sales, and discounts on our classes and farm-to-table dinners. Visit HERE to learn more about our membership benefits.
While not all products at Locavore carry an Organic certification, everything is grown, raised, or sourced with organic, soil-building practices, no synthetic inputs, and gold star animal welfare. All vendors have a QR code bio alongside their products providing more information about their business practices.
Our local counties include Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook counties. All products carried by Locavore come first from these three counties. If a product is not locally available, we then purchase from neighboring Oregon counties according to the same policies.

No, selling raw milk in grocery stores is not legal in the state of Oregon. However, we are the drop-site for 3 herdshare programs with self-serve fridges located in our parking lot: Windy Acres, Hope Springs, and Otara Farm. To become a herdshare member, you can inquire with these herdshare providers directly!
Yes, all meats and poultry are grass fed, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free.
Yes, all of the eggs at our market are from cage-free hens. We do occasionally have duck eggs, and sometimes even goose eggs!
We carry a healthy variety including vegetables, fruits, eggs, dairy, honey, oils, value added goods and meat mostly from central oregon farms and ranches.
We offer a wide variety of locally grown fresh produce, the largest selection of local meats on the West Coast, cage-free eggs, bulk dry goods, herbs, biodegradable cleaning products, and select wines from Northwest artisan wineries. Marketplace
Orange tags represent local products from Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook counties. White tags represent products sourced from the nearest regional source.
Yes, we have a large selection of seafood (all frozen) from the Pacific Northwest.
